We're human, and we're never far from mistakes, failures, errors and blunders. Does that mean we learn from our mistakes? Honestly it's hard to tell. There's enough of us out here messing up that it doesn't look like idiocy is going away soon. All we can really do is sit back and enjoy the facepalm moments of mystifying dumbness.
