You can never truly know why someone is posting an ad online. It could be that they wanted to sell their art or share their craftsmanship. Sometimes they just want to make a joke or totally freak out strangers. Whether it's a baby doll/arachnid hybrid or a tortilla shaped like Lincoln, people won't stop trying to sell bizarre stuff online.
