Every responsible adult has to learn some really basic, extremely necessary information to help them through life. It can range from paying your bills to how to cook and egg to knowing that metal doesn't go in the microwave. Sure, there are plenty of factors people didn't anticipate about adulthood, but sometimes people learn basic things embarrassingly too late in life.
