Sometimes it seems like an entitled customer has all the time in the world to make absurd demands that go beyond not only your job description but above common sense. In this case it was lady who wanted the freshest donuts as humanly possible, and this employee made it happen. No one has the time or patience for the demands of entitled Karens.
