Most people have a decent idea of how to talk to a stranger and not waste their time. Especially when it comes to something like selling a piano, it helps to know what you're getting into. Sometimes people lose sight of that and make insane demands and insult the person trying to deal with them. Customers, random strangers, and even potential employers try to get away with crazy levels of entitlement. This can result in extremely frustrating instances of entitled people with their nonsense who need to get outta here. Crazy demands can extend to every level of society, like this entitled college slacker who demanded a classmate's notes and got denied.
