When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. And when life gives you a card that says "happy birthday," throw a "Jesus" on there to make it about Christmas. Whether it was grandmas with extra cards, or people who just couldn't find a "hope your deviated scrotum heals" card, here's people making do. Sometimes people's wordsmithing doesn't work out as well as this in the case of really not good signs and designs.
