On one hand, having to call customer service, especially for a telecommunications company, can be a time wasting slog. On the other hand, some customers just call customer service for an opportunity to scream at someone. In this case, this woman would rather scream and demand a 500 MB plan rather than actually listen, so things didn't exactly end in her favor.
