This diabetic man found himself face to face with a coldhearted and vindictive Karen who seemed hellbent on making other people's lives around her miserable. Sounds like the typical Karen move. Fortunately he was able to take his revenge on this Karen who wasn't medically qualified at all, and said that he wouldn't receive his benefits cause he "didn't take medication" for diabetes.
Long story short, the Area Director eavesdropped on his meeting with Karen and ultimately caught her acting way out of line. She was nothing but a spineless coward when having to deal with the blowback for her actions.
