Being forced into a situation where he's expected to take care of and spend money on a baby two levels removed from him, this guy wonders if he's an asshole for totally removing himself with the situation. Some people like kids and go the extra mile to help out other folks, other people don't like kids and are within their rights to not have to deal with ones that just fell into their lives. Sometimes people choose to ask the internet whether or not they're being a jerk in their given situation.
