We'd all love to dress up as our favorite cartoon characters and superheroes, but few of us have the time and budget to do a good job. Thanks to Lowcost_cosplay we have an answer to the question "how can I dress up like my favorite Disney character, Ursula the Sea Witch, when all I can afford is a banana?"
