Well, this is definitely art. Should art should be judged on its beauty, or the technical talent of its creator? Maybe. Is the value of a work of art completely dependent on the conceptual lens through which you want to view it? Sure. So yeah, it's art. It also sure sounds like a pompous embarrassment screaming into a microphone.
