The moral of the story here is that Nicole is one ruthless, cold, and careless customer service rep. Outside that, Chase bank gets "exposed" for being a money hungry, evil sac of bullsh*t. Aren't we all just...shocked. If anything, take this guy's fiery twitter thread about his bizarre number-crunching money debacle with Chase bank, as a cautionary tale for what your bank could be pulling on you, under the table. Who knows.
