The internet is not kind to the unreasonable adults who lie to and berate people in customer service. Abusive people like this are not-so-affectionately referred to as "Karens." While we've heard many stories of this kind of frustrating behavior, we often forget that many of them have families; some who see both sides, and some who are just ashamed.
