Cutthroat Kitchen is not your traditional cooking show: the show pits contestants against one another, where in addition to being a skillful chef, they must continually outwit and at times sabotage one another's efforts. The brutal nature of the show was always there, but now thanks to this enlightening Tumblr thread, we know there was even more at play beneath the surface. You might like Alton Brown even more after reading through this.
