A lot of us will encounter unruly customer service at one point in our lives, in the chase to get the most out of the product we spent our hard-earned money on. It is how we choose to react to that momentarily, frustrating customer service when the miscommunication is running strong, that we have control over. Sometimes we lose ourselves in fits of rage and, things boil over. Sh*t happens. In this case, we have a dude getting very frustrated with some customer service doing him anything but a service. And we're talking about a Nintendo Switch. I mean, come on!
