Guy Proposes to Girlfriend Using Super Mario Bros. And He Definitely Deserves All the Gold Coins Now
Shane Birkinbine of Bentonville, Ark., used “Super Mario Maker,” to pull off all the stops in his pursuit toward marrying the love of his life. For those unaware, "Super Mario Maker" lets users create levels.
Birkinbine configured the levels to propose to his girlfriend Pam Edwards. As Brikinbine's girlfriend Pam Edwards played through the level, he directed her on how to proceed...
“It spells out your name, I think?” he says.
“How did you do that!” she shouts as the words “Pam, will you marry me? appear in blocks across the screen.
Edwards said 'yes' quickly followed by 'of course.' Birkinbine sealed the perfectly tailored proposal by presenting the ring on a mushroom.

Paralyzed Dad Uses Robotic Suit to Walk His Daughter down the Aisle
"Lying in a hospital bed having found out he was paralyzed Chris Palmer thought about how he never would be able to walk his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day. But on Saturday (21/5), almost four years later, Mr Palmer has done just that. With the help of a £90,000 robotic device, the 55-year-old father walked down the aisle, alongside his daughter Heather handing her over to her fiancé Christopher Halls. "It's wonderful I can do this – it's fulfilling something that dads do," said Mr Palmer, who was told he would never be able to walk again in June 2012 after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.
"When I lay in hospital after the operation, one of the first things I thought about was my daughter's wedding and how I wasn't going to be able to walk her down the aisle." But then about a year ago, Heather, spotted an article about a company called Rex Bionics which gave her hope. The company has invented an exo-skeletal suit called Rex which enables paralyzed people to walk and stand without assistance. Heather got in touch with Rex Bionics and Chris was given an opportunity to try out the equipment."

Girl Spends a Day at Disney World for FREE Because Dad Saved Her Pass from 1994
Chelsea Herline's father was cleaning up his house when he discovered a 4-day pass to Disney World with one day left unpunched. Setting up dad's much anticipated "that's why you hold on to things" moment.
Chelsea took the pass to the front window of the park and IT WORKED!
“I just went up to the window. I wasn’t expecting to spend the day there; I didn’t bring anything (or anyone) with me,” Herline said. “They were pretty surprised. The girl working there was younger than me and said, ‘Wow, I’ve never seen one this old before!,’” she added. “She called her manager over and they were super nice about it.”

People Aren't Sure Who Is Hugging Who in This Optical Illusion Picture of Friendship
Take a look at this picture and see if you can figure out who's hugging who. HOW DID THE GUY IN FRONT GET HIS FEET TO FACE BACKWARDS???!?!
People on the internet are freaking out about this optical illusion. The prevailing theory is that it just looks like that because the guy in front is wearing athletic shorts that are white on the inside and black (or dark blue) on the sides.

The World's Youngest Water Skier Is Only 6-Months-Old
On May 19, baby Zyla strapped into a set of skies (bolted together for safety) and water-skied for over 600 feet. Her parents, both being professional barefoot water skiers and co-owners of the World Barefoot Center in Florida, were possibly the only two parents in the world who could make this sound like a good idea.
Take a look at their Christmas card this year for an idea of this family's passion for the water.
