These cops really got the wrong guy. Jarid Hamilton was in the process of live streaming on Twitch when the cops came knocking at his door for a noise complaint. His neighbor, Benjamin Michael Frostad, allegedly called the police on Hamilton so he could steal from him.
After giving the police some trouble, Hamilton is taken out of his apartment to be arrested for refusing to give his name to the police.
That's when Frostad sneaks in and takes some shoes and headphones. He also returns for more items a little later. You can see him look straight into the camera to check if the coast is clear.
Obviously, it wasn't. The people watching Hamilton's livestream on Twitch called the police to report the burglary. Now Frostad's facing felony burglary charges.
Actor Harrison Ford mocks Republican front-runner Donald J. Trump for saying Ford "stood up for America" in his role as the US President in the 1997 movie Air Force One:
This "website" is really just a redirect to a Facebook search for friends who like Trump. If you're in the mood to shed some dead weight from your social obligations, this is the perfect tool.
Apparently this handy link originated from Gabriel Whaley, an internet troublemaker also known for the infinite text-in-progress gif.
Lane Bryant has made an effort in their advertising to support diversity and body positivity. When they started a chat on Twitter with the hashtag #AskLaneBryant they opened themselves up to criticism from the public that suggests they are really falling short.
Time Magazine named Donald Trump to the short list of their Person of the Year 2015 this week. The photoshoot for the issue was done months ago, but with the article being published and having basically everything on Donald Trump's nomination campaign trending online, the internet only just got the gift of the above GIF.
Beyond the obvious hilarity of watching Trump dodge a bald eagle at his desk, there is the beautiful irony that a hopeful Presidential Nominee was almost attacked by a bald eagle named Uncle Same.
Others also replied to @Time by using some of Trump's recent rhetoric with the GIF:

3D touch on the iPhone 6 allows you to weigh things directly on your phone, but for some reason, Apple doesn't want people building scale apps. Many have tried, but been rejected by the app store because Apple says "the concept of a scale app is not appropriate for the app store," whatever that means. Asaf Avidan Antonir built a simple game that uses 3D touch to move a dot between lines (think Flappy Bird), but the important part is the "training" function. Within training mode, you can figure out how much force you're exerting to practice moving the dot, or just use the thing as a scale for...whatever you want.
Ryan, who goes by malcolm10 on the internet, left his house for the day and returned to find that his wife had pulled some kind of stupid prank on him by hiding his copy of Fallout 4. Listen, spouses: you don't hide somebody's video games. You just don't. It's wicked uncool. Anyway, follow along below for the scavenger hunt Ryan was forced to go on to retrieve his game.
