People's Best Clues that We're Living in The Matrix

There are universal moments that people experience, some weird hard rules about our universe, and just some straight up weird coincidences that would give anyone reason to believe that we're living in a poorly run simulation. People see what they consider to be glitches in the matrix all the time, and it's extremely tempting to believe that it's all a simulation, man.

But one moment I'll be experiencing life and know what's going to happen, because I saw it in a dream. I'll even know about my futile attempts to change it from the dream. It only lasts a couple minutes at most and is at mundane moments but it is freaky.

If it is a simulation they simply faked the big things to save processing power which is why quantum physics doesn't fit neatly in our understanding of the universe and likely why we are "detecting" dark matter

Basically, light acts like a wave when you look at it But if you look at light really really closely, you see it's not a continuous wave but made of teeny little particles called "photons". These photons, when there's loads of them, affect each other so they act in waves. Seems simple. However, when you fire photons one at a time at a piece of card with two slits in it, they still act like they're being affected by lots of othe

Wholesome Memes to Help Wade Through the Muck

The world can seem like a hard place to live in at times. There are moments when negativity surrounds us, and disappointment isn't an irregular novelty but it becomes the standard. That's why at times it's healthy to get a dose of wholesome memes for a little boost. Most of us could use a shot of niceness to keep things afloat.

Bridezilla Tries To Bail On Catering Day Before Wedding

Clearly, this is the kind of contract designed by someone who has dealt with these unfortunate bridezilla situations in the past. In this case though, the bridezilla ended up learning her lesson the hard way. Yeah, we're talking like paying three times the amount that she would've paid if she'd just stuck to the catering agreement as it was set up.

Check out some more juicy pro revenge drama with this customer who nuked a business from orbit for selling them a counterfeit textbook.

1.

Text - r/ProRevenge u/madpandaswag • 3y + Join 1 Bridezilla Catering Rage I posted this on pettyrevenge, but I think it belongs here as well. I use to manage a catering company for my boss while he was undergoing chemotherapy. This is one of my first gigs where I was in charge. The bride calls me at 1 in the afternoon the day before the wedding and decides she wanted a cheaper menu. She and her husband already paid for almost everything and it's far too late to change anything. I told her that b

2.

Text - demanded we either serve chicken or charge her the price of the chicken and she will not be paying for anything extra. I informed her that according to the contract she is to receive 150 steak lunches at a price of 50 per plate and it also states that she can't change the menu unless she does it at least a month before the wedding. When she hears this she flips the hell out and starts screaming at me calling me illiterate and telling me her fiance is a lawyer and they will sue me etc etc.

3.

Text - They end up firing me at the moment and I inform them that the cancellation fee is 90% of the cost of catering (which I was already paid for) and they start screaming at me telling me that I ain't shit and they can get anyone to cater for them and they are going to make me pay for it etc. They end up hanging up on me (thank god) and I had an inkling that I should probably keep making the food incase they call tomorrow and they want us to cater. So we finish cooking and the next day at 7am

4.

Text - he didn't say anything but I can feel how mad he is over the phone. After a moment of awkward silence I inform him that if he would like us to cater the event, he has to do same day catering (which is 3x the original price I charged him), he has to pay all fees in advance and the food depends on what we have available and ready and we also reserve the right to refuse service. He gets really pissed off at this point telling us this is extortion, he already paid for food so he didn't have t

5.

Text - As soon as we got to the venue, before I got anything out, i made the bride and groom sign the new contract and pay me completely in advance (22k) and left to deposit the money. While I was gone they harassed my caterers and threatened someone with deportation even though they were legal. He tried to sue us later and the judge heard the recorded phone calls, saw the contract and told him to pay my legal fees. I looked them up on Fb recently, apparently they are divorced now. It's only bee

Quick Tumblr Thread on Chill Frog Bro

Sometimes it's the small details in life that give us immense satisfaction. What we've got is a pretty smart frog and a dad who knows the value of it. It just goes to show that humans will pack bond with just about anything, even Roombas. The thing is, they can also make enemies out of other things, like this dad and his spite cow.

1.

Text - baltazar-the-evildemonllamma S pangur-and-grim anonymous asked My dad has motion detectors with built-in cameras along his driveway, and there's a frog that has figured out that if it jumps in front of the detector, the infrared light that turns on will attract bugs. So my dad frequently gets a bunch of pictures of the frog jumping around,

2.

Text - and he's really fond of the frog now. He refers to it as his frog, enjoys getting pictures of it, and is always super, super careful in the driveway to check for the frog to make sure it's safe. A goosegoblin Anon. Please listen to me. I would not tell you this if it was not very important to me. PLEASE get me a picture of this frog.

Text - A goosegoblin anon. where is the frog, anon. we need the frog anon. A goosegoblin THE FROG!!!!
