Toxic Bar Owner Gets Outed By Employee To The Tune Of $50,000

A terrible, toxic, micromanager owner gets outed by an ex-employee and has to end up paying $50,000.

This bar owner sounds like they were an absolute nightmare to be around. Not only were they walking around with a complete disregard for how one is supposed to legally run a bar, but they eventually fired an employee over a whole load of BS. Fortunately, the employee kept their wits about them, and ended up getting the bar shut down, due to all the BS that was occurring.

The real question is what to do with the information. For another dirty cheater, here's this reporter who won her office chili cook-off with store-bought chili.

Guy accidentally roasts his co-worker who is going through a divorce.

This guy shared a gnarly story of an experience that nobody wants to find themselves living down. Sounds like he was giving a co-worker a hard time, and it turned out said co-worker was busy muddling through a divorce. Just goes to serve as a cautionary tale that you never know what someone's going through. Gotta be careful out there!

Employee gets fake fired to combat bad customers.

This young employee asked whether it was wrong to toy with the emotions of overly dick-ish customers by getting fake fired in front of them. It seems like a pretty harmless practice and gets bad customers to rethink their roles. We wonder what would happen if a customer just said "good!" People have ways of dealing with bad customers like this flight attendant who handled a problem flyer or this donut shop owner responding to a bad review with humility.
