This was destined for unholy disaster. This guy learned a swift and humiliating lesson in being extra careful about what games you decide to play with your girlfriend's potentially uptight, conservative, deeply religious family. Yikes all around! But an equal amount of hilarity in this story.

Some people truly believe that the world is flat. Maybe this video will help put a stop to all that nonsense.

After being put on a waiting list for way too long and seeing his wife blown off by incompetent healthcare administration, this guy took the matter into his own hands, with some creative emailing and the use of telemarketing software. The world is full of people complying maliciously, like this IT guy who came up with a masterful plan after being told he had to work on vacation.

The only advice we can imagine giving here is to run for the hills, my dude. Sounds like things aren't going to work out. And can you blame the poor, impressively patient, bedbug bitten boyfriend? He's in the middle of quite the uncomfortable (physically and emotionally) situation.

Here are the stories of cashiers, customer service reps, delivery drivers, service people and retail workers of all stripes who had to deal with the dumbest, most irrational, and outright furious customers to grace the planet. Man, these people suck. We understand why you'd be mad if a company actually wronged you, but to make impossible demands and turn into an abusive monster is completely out of the question. Here's a story of a cashier who talked back to a Karen and lived.

This excited reporter made a fatal error while doing a high school spirit report live on air. Sure he's got spirit, but when he gets a little too up close and personal with the tuba and has to deal with the consequences in real time. Goddammit tubas are hilarious. Honestly, this news tuba fail might be art.

Get ready to say, "thanks I hate it." Cause that's what good old-fashioned cringe has a truly remarkable ability to do; make us hate it and love it all at once. As for the creepy nice guys just imploding in the DMs. They need to seriously reassess their approach...to life.

It's at least good that he didn't stake his whole life on the relationship, but yeah, that's a bit of a flub. It's best to not think about what could have been. These commenters are right though, maybe she was actually the one who dodged a bullet. Apparently, that loveably stupid character was supposed to get more screen time, but it just didn't pan out. Between marketing and production of the movie, the creators realized they'd have to make a change. Hey, I'm still happy with their work. Also God bless Alan Tudyk, aka Wash aka Pirate Steve. What gets the blame for this? People's bad senses of humor? Poor reading comprehension skills? Whatever the reason, there are real idiots out there who, upon reading an obvious joke headline by a known satire website like The Onion, will assume it's true and pollute the comments section with their own moronic take on a fake situation. And man are these people fun to laugh at. For more here's another bunch of softheaded nincompoops who believed satire.
