This Dog Learned to Drive a Truck, but Not Very Well
Witnesses saw this dog drive a semi-truck all by itself over a tree and into a car. Police say the dog must have put the idling vehicle into drive while the owner was in a nearby store. No one, including the dog, was hurt. According to this video, he was even jumping and playing right after the accident:

During the Republican debate, candidates devolved into a literal penis measuring contest. Here's a video of a choice clip of Donald Trump defending his size because as Americans, that's the kind of thing that's important to us when choosing a leader.
This lead to the creation of the "Girthers" movement, a pun on the "Birthers" movement that plagued President Obama's campaign. So, at least something funny came out of it. Of course Twitter is awash with jokes (be prepared for a lot of "long form" puns).

No One Hates Ted Cruz More Than His Old College Roommate, Hollywood Screenwriter Craig Mazin
You might recognize Craig Mazin from his screenplays. He was the writer of the Hangover sequels and the Melissa McCarthy movie Identity Thief. He's also quickly becoming known as Ted Cruz's freshman roommate from college. Mazin isn't the only person who hates Ted Cruz, there's an entire internet meme accusing Cruz of being the Zodiac killer. But one thing is certain, Craig Mazin hates him the most.
