These rare insults are razor-sharp. There's no way they didn't leave people's self-esteem in utter ruin. It's a terrible spectacle to see just how mean people can get in the comments section. School and colleges can have some pretty draconian rules when it comes to mandatory attendance for testing. This can lead to some tense situations, and pretty interesting stories like this guy who had to show up looking scary sick to a test. In this case it was the teacher themselves who battled with the system.

The human body is an amazing thing. It can heal itself, think really good, and it's one of the most persistent biological machines out there. Seriously, we run down our prey not with speed but with sheer willpower. That said, there are some definite design flaws in the human body that have caused a lot of us some major problems. Seriously, there's stories of people leaving fake notes to get back at selfish parkers, and other stories of people wasting someone's time for parking illegally. It takes a village to teach a kid some good cussin'. After this dad left his 5-year-old kid unsupervised for the duration of a 14-hour flight, the dude actually sitting next to the kid took it upon himself to do some parenting on his behalf. You gotta learn your swear words somehow. We've seen questionable parenting like this mom who wanted to let her kid try the hottest hot sauce or these weird punishments in general.
